Fair & Objective Judging Process
We leverage a rigorous, data-driven evaluation process to ensure fairness, and each hotel is evaluated across a comprehensive set of criteria, including service levels, amenities, facilities, policies, access, adjacencies, communication, staff training, inclusivity, and hospitality.Our judging panel—comprised of Roch Dog Certification Officers and Canine Hospitality Consultants—brings decades of hands-on experience in improving canine hospitality across the hotel industry, and will fairly judge hotels based purely on their merits and their data.
